Somehow I don’t understand why racial card can be played so often whenever there’s different race involve in the same issue.

Look at the comment of the video itself.

95% of the comments are total bullshit. Most probably are in the situation but are quickly come their “smart” conclusion.

And I myself are a bit suspicious of the video. Why didnt the person upload the video of the situation? I mean the situation before and after the worker start punching the cinaman? Why does he/she edited out that part? Or he/she only took that few seconds of the video? I’m not sure.

Let me ask you, how many of you knew the situation in the KFC? Look at the video, the place is crowded.

From what I understand from the situation from the description of the video. The customer is furious after waited for an hour when it’s his turn, they run out of fried chicken liao. The customer then wanted to speak to the store manager and for dunno what reason, the fight broke out.

And as usual, our lovely 3rd world mentality Malaysian and our very own cybertroopers on their attack again(Have the look at the video’s comment for a more clear view =P )

Total bullshit. We are not in the place ourself and the issue is damn ambiguous. Okay, let look at the issues in a different way.

What if the customers are being unreasonable and keep insulting the staff?

What if the customers keep demanding for the store manager but perhaps the store manager is busy at that moment? Perhaps contact whatever department to send in more chicken?

What if the staff already repeatedly explaining the same thing to many customer(or to the same customer) but the customer degil gila babi.

I know it’s frustrating having to wait for so long for the food, but what the heck, you yourself wanted to go eat at that place, when you know the place already crowded yet you want kecoh?

and the staff also one sohai, no matter what he did, want gaduh like mat rempit is one of the stupidest thing to do. Not mentioning, now that he become the new internet sensation. Bangga giler right?

Customer Right? My foot.

For me, there’s only customer right when the customer themself are being reasonable. Don’t bring out the “Customer is always right” thing in whatever situation. Try to work in the frontline, to serve customer, and you will know there are DAMN MANY customer are being an ass most of the time. Especially Malaysian customer.

Yeah, customer right. You have the right to choose the place you want to eat. So shut it.

KFC Malaysia claimed they will investigate the issue and the staff is currently suspended until the issue is solved.

Investigation? Yeah, the only investigation you need to do is why the restaurant can run out of chicken.

My verdict: The real situation of the issues won’t be out to the public. KFC Malaysia will surely want to cover their ass and don’t want to make sure their image won’t be spoiled any further. I’m afraid there will be scapegoat for this whole thing =P So, don’t expect the truth will be revealed lah. KFC Malaysia, don’t worry lah, you won’t lose your customer.

Update: Apparently, not only staff punching customer going to be a racial issues, now will it become a political issues as well? Let's hope not!
